Arc'teryx Presents: Third Person

On a snowy evening in Rusutsu, Japan, circa February 2020, Sam Kuch and myself began brainstorming a film where we could depict Sam's process of visualizing every line he skis. We pitched this concept to Arc'teryx and the result is Arc'teryx Presents: Third Person.

Cinematography, Directing, Visual Effects
Unfortunately, Covid delayed the production, but we were able to shoot, edit and complete VFX on the film in early 2021 with a release date of April 7, 2021. This production required Sam to ski every line, multiple times, in only 2.5 days of filming. Thank goodness Sam is the beast that he is!
